Apply knowledge of mathematics, fundamental science and biological-related subject matters and biological specialization to defined and applied biological science procedures, processes, systems and methodologies.

Identify, formulate, research literature and solve broadly defined biological science problems reaching substantiated conclusions using analytical tools appropriate to their discipline or area of specialization.

Design solutions for broadly designed medical science technology problems and contribute to the application with appropriate consideration for public health and safety, cultural, societal and environmental considerations.

Conduct investigations of broadly-defined problems; locate, search and select relevant data from codes databases and literature, design and conduct experiments to provide valid conclusions.

Select and apply appropriate techniques, resources and modern biological tools including prediction and modeling to stimulate broadly defined biological science activities, with an understanding of the limitations.

Function effectively as an individual, and as a member or leader in diverse healthcare / health provider teams.
